Bose Brothers pledge to guarantee that our entire product range will give you complete satisfaction but in case we fall short of our high standards we would take the opportunity to correct it.

The return of the product is subject to the below mentioned terms and conditions:

1. We cannot accept any returns of Product after 2 days of delivery.

2. We cannot accept returns of Product that has been largely consumed (more than two servings).

3. We will not accept returns for exchange due to preference of a different product unless otherwise the error is entirely on our part.

4. We endeavour to deliver you fresh product and all our products are tested for freshness and quality, therefore we are confident that you will enjoy our product, although if for some genuine reason you have a need to return your order, please submit the reason along with the order number to hellobosetea@gmail.com. Our team will contact you within 48 hours to agree on the return. Please do not return unless you receive a conformation mail on advice from us.

5. While returning the product, it should be returned in original condition specifying the order details and your concerns. Shipping costs will be borne by us if the error is from our side.

6. The purchase will be refunded or the product will be replaced only if there is some defect in the product.

7. Refund will be made by the same method as payment was received for your order.
